Support Sponsor £5,995 + vat
Enhance your company brand by becoming a support sponsor of the show.
- Logo on all printed exhibitor items (brochures and newsletters)
- Logo on all printed items relating to the visitor campaign (tickets, invites, posters, supplement, media adverts and show programme)
- Logo, link and listing via the website
- Inclusion in the marketing and PR campaign
- 3m x 2m stand within the event (extra space available at 25% discount)
- Details of the visitor data (subject to data protection laws)
- Membership of the advisory group
Visitor Campaign £6,495 + vat
This means your organisation is linked to the comprehensive campaign we have in attracting visitors via direct mail.
- Advert on one section of the visitor tickets (apx. 150,000)
- Logo on the visitor badges
- Logo on the lanyards for the badges
- Branding in the registration area
- Opportunity to give out branded carrier bags at registration with literature included
- Logo, listing and link via the website
- Logo on selected items relevant to the visitor campaign
- 2m x 2m stand
- Details of the visitor data (subject to data protection laws)
VIP Reception Club £4,995 + vat
This club lounge will be available for companies to book in order to host a 1hour reception for their clients and VIP’s. 60 guests as a minimum will be guaranteed for each reception and refreshments will be provided.
Sponsorship of this area would include:-
- Branding of the area inside and out with your company literature on display
- 3m x 2m stand at the event
- Logo, link and listing via the website
- Inclusion in our marketing and PR campaign with specific reference to the club lounge (press releases, show programme, e-mails, newsletters, etc.)
- Opportunity for a representative from your organisation to act as the VIP host in corporate clothing
- Offer of a slot to host your own reception
Exhibitor Client Lounge £4,995 + vat
Exhibitors will be provided with VIP invites they can send to key clients inviting them to the show and to visit their stand. The lounge is there for exhibitors to accompany clients to the area for a private meeting. Refreshments are provided.

- 3m x 2m stand at the event

- Inclusion in our marketing and PR campaign with specific reference to the client lounge (press releases, show programme, e-mails, newsletters, etc.)
- Opportunity for a representative from your organisation to act as the lounge host in corporate clothing
Seminar Theatre £4,995 + vat
This will be a fully equipped theatre where seminars can be presented on key business issues and topics. The seminars will be promoted as a key element of the show within our marketing and PR campaign and key note speakers will be included.
Sponsorship of this area would include:-
- Branding of the theatre inside and out with your company literature on display
- 3m x 2m stand at the event
- Logo, link and listing via the website
- Inclusion in our marketing and PR campaign with specific reference to the seminar theatre (press releases, show programme, e-mails, newsletters, etc.)
- Opportunity for a representative from your organisation to act as the seminar theatre host in corporate clothing
- Seminar slot for your organisation within the seminar theatre
Lounge Theatre £4,995 + vat
This is a seminar lounge where exhibitors can present a training seminar or workshop that last more than 60 minutes. These presentations will usually be to an invited audience.
Sponsorship of this area would include:-
- Branding of the lounge inside and out with your company literature on display
- 3m x 2m stand at the event
- Logo, link and listing via the website
- Inclusion in our marketing and PR campaign with specific reference to the lounge theatre (press releases, show programme, e-mails, newsletters, etc.)
- Opportunity for a representative from your organisation to act as the lounge host in corporate clothing
- Allocated session for your organisation within the lounge theatre
Featured Zones £3,995 + vat
To meet the needs of the region, each event will feature carefully selected zones to highlight specific areas of business. These range from Business Advice to IT & Technology and Hospitality to Environmental.
- Branding of the zone
- 2m x 2m stand within the zone
- Logo, link and listing via the website
- Inclusion in our marketing and PR campaign with specific reference to the zone (press releases, show programme, e-mails, newsletters, etc.)
- Specific marketing in partnership with you to attract specific visitors with interest in the zone
- Specific marketing in partnership with you to attract the right companies to exhibit within the zone
An extra amount can be paid if a larger stand is required
Other sponsorship opportunities including ‘Meet the Buyer’ area, Exhibitor Party, etc. are available upon request.
Please note that not all show attractions will be available at all shows.
All packages can be flexible and adapted to suit your needs and budget.
