VIP Reception Club
Show partners and exhibitors will be able to book an hour slot to host a reception. 60 guests as a minimum will be guaranteed and we will provide canapés, wine, orange juice & water. A poster will display who is hosting what slot at what time. The sponsor of the VIP area will have the area branded and literature displayed throughout the show with the opportunity of taking a slot themselves. Those who take the slots will be responsible for invites, co-ordination and ensuring the audience. We will provide a reception host throughout the day and a VIP desk in reception.
Exhibitor Client Lounge
Exhibitors will be provided with VIP invites they can send to key clients inviting them to the show and to visit their stand. The lounge is there for exhibitors to accompany clients to the area for a private meeting. Tea, coffee and mineral water will be provided. The sponsor of the lounge will have the area branded and literature displayed throughout the show.
