What's included in the price?

Your stand walls are 2.4 metre high panels covered in tweed material, which is velcro compatible. Please note no holes may be drilled through the panels and drawing pins are not allowed to be used.

 

One table and two chairs will be provided. These are included in your package. If you require any additional furniture our contractor details are included in your manual.

 

One socket and two spotlight will be provided. These are included in your package. If you need any additional electrical requirements then please contact Richard Norman on 01483 233900 or complete the Electrical Order Form. Any electrics may only be carried out by the contractor.

 

ALL EXHIBITORS (INCLUDING SPACE-ONLY SITES) WILL RECEIVE:

 

Exhibitor badges are available upon arrival on the day of the show. Please collect them from the registration desk when you arrive. These must be worn at all times during the event for identification.

 

All stands will be carpeted. Carpet may not be removed from your stand without prior written agreement from the organisers and a charge may be levied if this happens. If you would like to know the colour of the carpet then please call the organiser.

 

Your website address will automatically be taken from the Exhibition Sheet and registered on our website. Any problems regarding this please contact our Organising Team on 01823 250930.

 

The venue will be cleaned at the end of each day. The floor area of your stand will be cleaned daily. Please leave rubbish at the end of the day in the aisles and it will be thrown away.

 

Porters will be available to assist with unloading during build-up and the loading of your exhibits during break-down. Please contact the Organisers Office if specific assistance is required.

 

The show programme is given free to all visitors. A form shall be sent to you from Publishing Events to detail what you would like included.

REDUCTION IF ANY OR ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE NOT REQUIRED.
